Being happy is about being true to yourself and listening to your inner voice. You’ll live a much happier life when you find out who you really are and live a life based on what genuinely interests you.
I decided to create How to Be Happy because I believe in every individual’s ability to discover how great he or she is and pursue his or her dreams. It’s amazing what happens when people reach the point where they’re ready to move their lives in a new direction with courage and commitment.
