Keep Practicing

Being happy doesn’t just happen, it takes constant and consistent practice. For example: You probably couldn’t ride a bike really well the first time you tried but, with time and practice, you got better at it. There will be times during your journey when you get frustrated or tired; remind yourself that you’re practicing so you can live a happy life and keep moving forward.
