If you work your stuff out on others it means that you let your inner hurts and unresolved issues damage other people. The key to being truly happy in life is to work out your inner conflicts and unresolved issues so you can treat people well and not get your stuff on them. As you become healthier you also help create a happier world not only for yourself but also for the people you interact with.
