How to be happy.
If you always say negative, deflating or defeating things to yourself you’ll tend to go in a direction that doesn’t lead to happiness. A more positive option is to be aware of how you talk to yourself and say things that will help you be happy and move forward confidently such as:
- I believe in myself.
- I can do it.
- I’m talented.
- I’m strong.
- I’m capable.
- I’m smart.
- I’m following my inner voice.
- I’m treating myself well.
- I’m a success.
- I’m able to take action.
