How You Talk to Yourself

If you always say negative, deflating or defeating things to yourself you’ll tend to go in a direction that doesn’t lead to happiness. A more positive option is to be aware of how you talk to yourself and say things that will help you be happy and move forward confidently such as:

  • I believe in myself.
  • I can do it.
  • I’m talented.
  • I’m strong.
  • I’m capable.
  • I’m smart.
  • I’m following my inner voice.
  • I’m treating myself well.
  • I’m a success.
  • I’m able to take action.
